Following the successful establishment of their US entity, they are now expanding operations across North America with plans to launch retail stores and e-commerce operations over the coming years. The business currently has approximately 100 employees in the US and operates out of Manhattan, with leadership teams based across New York, Japan, and San Francisco.
The Assistant Project Manager will support the successful delivery of commercial and residential construction projects, working closely with senior project leadership throughout all phases of construction. The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment for its project management teams.

We are hosting interviews and in-person short trials this Wednesday, June 17th, 2026, between 12 PM and 2 PM. This will be held in our Chelsea location for our Soho location by our General Manager, Brian.
In order to complete the abovementioned tasks, the following skills and experience are required: Experience in long-term planning, market analysis, M&A evaluation, and financial modeling to drive growth and value creation; Experience identifying and activating new revenue streams through licensing, innovation, and category/channel expansion; Experience leading the full deal lifecycle, including due diligence, valuation, integration, and cross-functional alignment; Experience forging, negotiating, and managing strategic alliances, while navigating high-touch external stakeholder relationships; Experience collaborating across diverse teams and with C-suite leadership to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives; Experience evolving digital platforms, consumer trends, and emerging technologies to expand brand reach and relevance; Experience distilling complex ideas and influencing senior stakeholders; Experience in the fashion and sporting goods industries, with a strong understanding of market cycles, consumer behavior, and brand development; Experience with international markets, product creation, and supply chain management, enabling seamless execution from strategy to shelf; Experience driving corporate growth initiatives, managing brand expansion, and executing complex M&A transactions from evaluation through integration; Experience with global operations, including product creation, supply chain dynamics, and international market strategy; and Experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial, or private equity-backed environments, with a track record of delivering measurable impact. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, and at least seven (7) years of experience as a Chief Executive, General Manager or related occupation with leadership experience in strategy, business development, or M&A within the consumer, fashion, or sporting goods industries.
