JOB SUMMARY: The Site Manager plans, directs, and coordinates all manufacturing activities including operations, operations excellence, maintenance, and engineering, to produce products in the most cost-effective way, while meeting shipping requirements and sales commitments. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
