Depending on the role, these responsibilities can include responding to resident requests and work orders; providing concierge and resident services; entering apartments; conducting inspections; performing maintenance, repairs, and other handyperson duties; managing building operations; supervising or coordinating building staff, vendors, and contractors; responding to emergencies; and performing other resident management and property-related responsibilities. Perform regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues, in addition to overseeing maintenance of all building operations and systems, coordinating preventive maintenance work, identify and coordinate vendors for building repairs, construction, and capital improvements in partnership with the Resident Manager.
