Experience with shipboard communications systems, operations and troubleshooting, such as: Single Audio System, DMR/WSC-3, DAMA, UHF SATCOM, HFRG/URT-23, associated baseband and cryptographic equipment. Write technical reports and develop charts, graphs, and schematics to describe and illustrate system's operating characteristics, malfunctions, deviations from design specifications, and functional limitations.
