Must be fully experienced in programming and troubleshooting all aspects of intersections with multiple phases, to include troubleshooting of loops, pedestrian, and vehicle detection BIUs, conflict monitors, controllers, pedestrian signals, and LED traffic bulbs. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
