Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements** + BA/BS and 6+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education + Professional Engineer (PE) License **Preferred Qualifications** + Master’s OR PhD in Civil Engineering or related field of study + 10+ years or more of relevant experience + Demonstrated progressive experience in geotechnical design, evaluation, construction monitoring and operations + Demonstrated proficiency in geotechnical evaluations of tailings and soil materials (e.g., PSHA analysis, material characterization, liquefaction, seepage, slope stability, and settlement analyses), construction monitoring and operations + Ability to serve as primary point of contact with the client and develop client relationships + Ability to lead designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, construction specifications, and final working drawings.
