Success in this role means producing high-quality, code-compliant mechanical designs, mentoring and leading a team of engineers and drafters to deliver strong construction documents, and being a trusted technical resource within the firm's mechanical engineering practice. Ability to design complex HVAC systems, including VAV, DOAS, VRF, data room cooling, and packaged rooftop systems, as well as chilled water and hydronic heating systems, including pipe, pump, duct, and fan sizing and selection.
