D. in data science, statistics, computer science, biomedical informatics, or related field 5+ years of experience in biomedical informatics, medical data science, or related field Experience with data linkages and conducting longitudinal studies using clinical data Knowledge of NLP techniques to extract information from unstructured text Experience with large language models (LLMs) and AI tools for synthesizing research findings Familiarity with FISMA requirements and secure handling of PHI/PII Experience with cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Background in clinical data analytics and healthcare informatics Experience with data harmonization and data integration across multiple sources Knowledge of database systems including SQL, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch. Masters degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or related fields Experience processing, cleaning, and validating data integrity Strong understanding of statistical analysis methods including regression analysis and predictive modeling Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Splunk, Google Analytics Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
