The role supports enterprise technologies including Menlo Security, Dell Wyse Device Management Suite (WMS), Tanium, Forescout, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Defender for Endpoint, Intune, SharePoint Online, and Advanced Group Policy Management. Responsibilities include resolving complex software, connectivity, networking, and endpoint issues; performing vulnerability management; supporting application networking, load balancing, and fault-tolerant configurations; and assisting with server and application installations, upgrades, and integrations.
