This position acts as the primary resource for developing, analyzing, and supporting compliant pricing strategies by interpreting regulatory requirements, evaluating cost and pricing data, supporting proposal preparation and negotiations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and adherence to contractual and federal guidelines and will provide compliance focused advisory and operational support, serving as a designated point of contact for government contract and pricing related matters, including government price reporting, transparency reporting, and state licensing activities. Support negotiations with government customers by developing pricing arguments and documentation and by facilitating collection of documents, data, and background materials required for compliance reviews, audits, contract negotiations, and federal interactions; prepare, submit, and negotiate solicitations with Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) for the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) and others at the direction of direct manage; maintain relationship with DVA including overseeing completion of modifications, 5-year solicitation, OIG Audit and annual contract review (ACR).
