Ideally, five (5) years of progressively responsible operations experience, including two (2) years of leadership experience in water utility management, water supply systems and facilities, water operations and maintenance activities, hydrology and water resources management, water infrastructure, and regulatory compliance; or. Education equivalent to a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in environmental studies, biology, business administration, public administration, engineering, or a related field; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
