The Vice President, Construction owns delivery from signed contract to finished building: estimating and the Program Management Office, project management, regional construction operations in Texas, Florida, and on military installations, construction purchasing and supply chain, and, after an initial transition, print operations. Lead regional construction operations through Directors of Construction in Texas, Milcon, and Florida, staffing each market ahead of its project starts and holding regional leaders accountable for field performance, subcontractor management, and safety.
