The Associate Director will serve as Liberator's primary market access leader, partnering closely with payer organizations, medical directors, CMS, state Medicaid agencies, BD's Office of Market Access, BD Government Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Revenue Cycle Management, and Commercial leadership to advance coverage policies and improve patient access to medically necessary products and therapies. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive payer strategy focused on increasing in-network participation, expanding covered lives, improving reimbursement economics, and driving patient access across Commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Managed Medicaid, and Government payer channels.
