Examples of specialized experience includes comprehensive knowledge of pertinent declassification/classification guides to also includes knowledge of Department of Defense and DAF implementing regulations; comprehensive knowledge of the range of administrative laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to the administration of one or more important public programs; comprehensive knowledge of DAF program goals and objectives, sequences and timing of key program events, milestones, and methods of evaluation program accomplishments; expert analyst who has mastered the assessment and improvement of declassification reviews. Examples of specialized experience includes planning, organizing, and directing team study work, and effectively conducting critical negotiations with management, knowledge of pertinent classification guides, the Freedom of Information, Privacy Act and also includes knowledge of Department of Defense and Department of the Air Force implementing regulations; knowledge of the range of administrative laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to the administration of one or more important public programs; knowledge of relationships with other program and key administrative support functions within the employing agency.
