Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inspector/Grader to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in ensuring quality and consistency in every product.As an Inspector/Grader, you’ll be responsible for evaluating materials and finished products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.  You’ll carefully inspect, sort, and grade items based on quality, condition, and specifications while maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Grade and inspect incoming materials</li><li>Direct customers throughout the facility</li><li>Assist customers as needed</li><li>Sort and move materials as needed</li><li>Comply with all safety guidelines</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Founded in Fort Wayne, IN in 1943, OmniSource, LLC has grown to become one of North America’s largest processors, distributors, and managers of scrap and secondary metals. We collect, process, and resell a wide variety of scrap metal. The company ships over 5 million gross tons of recycled steel and 1 billion pounds of nonferrous and stainless-steel scrap annually.

Our primary collection and processing facilities are concentrated in the Midwest, the South, and the Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. But our reach stretches across North America, utilizing a wide-ranging fleet of trucks, containers, railcars, and barges to collect and haul metals.
