Qualifications Must be a currently registered PNW graduate student and have demonstrated knowledge of the PNW campuses, services, resources, etc. or the ability to quickly learn upon being hired Must demonstrate high-level customer service, written and verbal communication skills, organization skills, creative problem-solving skills, strong customer service demeanor, and the ability to work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds Demonstrated proficiency using MyPNWLife, Microsoft Office, Google, and ability to quickly learn new technologies and platforms for regular office use (Unitime, Catertrax, Docusign, etc.). Performs other administrative tasks as needed, which may include but are not limited to writing correspondence, reserving event space, placing orders for food or supplies, answering phones and message taking, filing, data entry, photocopying, delivering mail or other supplies across campus, compiling data reports and spreadsheets for assessment.
