The incumbent must have a Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Business or Public Administration, Education, Information Science, or Information Technology with a minimum of five years relevant experience in a higher education student services setting evidence of increasing responsibility. Experience in the following areas is also preferred: academic advising, coordination of student training programs, coordination/manager of grant awards, implementation of student and/or faculty workshops, orientations, conferences, and recruitment activities.
