li>Develop, implement, and assess leadership development and educational programs addressing topics such as new member education, senior transition, risk management, officer training, event planning, and conflict management, both independently and in partnership with campus stakeholders. Reporting to the Associate Director, the Assistant Director supports the fraternity and sorority community through leadership development, program planning, and risk management efforts, as well as serving as the advisor to the Interfraternity Council (IFC).
