This position manages prospective student engagement from inquiry through enrollment, supports application review and decision processes, and collaborates closely with the Dean, Director, faculty program directors, and other campus partners to meet program-specific enrollment objectives. Strong competencies in relationship building, student-centered communication, data-informed decision-making, cross-cultural communication, collaboration with academic and administrative stakeholders, and organizational effectiveness are essential for success in this role.
