Summary of Role: Join the New Product Development team as an early-career Test Engineer responsible for developing and productizing cost-effective automated test solutions for complex digital, analog, and mixed-signal integrated circuits used in automotive and industrial applications. Collaborate with Design, DFT, Design Validation, Program Management, Quality and Reliability Engineering, Customer Quality Engineering, Bench Characterization, Applications, Fab, Assembly, and factory Test teams.
