Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of design tasks, including product design, photo shoots (both in-house and with vendors), and collaborating with licensing companies such as Hello Kitty, Kakao, Line Friends, BT21, Disney, and more. Design Software Proficiency: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to craft high-quality graphics and artwork.
Knowledge and practical use of other graphic design programs (Affinity Suite, Inkscape, Blender, Cinema4D, Adobe Substance 3D) Proven aptitude for quick project solving, critical thinking, anticipating consequences, eliminating obstacles and decision-making in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines. Job Summary: Reporting to the Associate Director of Creative Services, the Senior Graphic Designer plays a key creative role in the continued growth of the Sonic the Hedgehog, as well as SEGA and ATLUS brands globally across various businesses including Consumer Products, Licensing, Games, Marketing, Film, Television, and Animated Content. The role will require demonstrated experience in consumer products design (softline and hardline), style guide creation, trend research and trend board design, packaging design for toys and video games, online marketing assets, including first party portals.
Design authentic, culturally relevant graphics for diecast vehicles Develop full liveries, decals, striping systems, badges, and micro-detail elements Collaborate closely with product development and engineering to ensure feasibility and accuracy Work within manufacturing constraints (color separations, print passes, tolerances, material limitations) Render final design presentations using KeyShot for internal review and approvals Maintain a high level of historical and cultural accuracy when referencing real-world builds Help define and evolve the CarTuned visual language. Experience 5+ years of professional graphic design experience Demonstrated experience designing graphics specifically for diecast vehicles or similar small-scale manufactured products Deep understanding of diecast print production processes (pad printing, paint masks, deco layers, etc.) Experience working directly with overseas factories and understanding production limitations is a plus.
