We are looking for Valet Greeter with warm smiles who enjoy interacting with people. Work with our knowledgeable and caring team members who want to see you succeed, many of whom also started as valets. A job as a Valet Greeter could be the first step in your career. Pave the way with SP+, a diverse and innovative company! What you’ll do<ul><li>Greet valet guests and offer assistance, including opening vehicle doors, carrying and lifting luggage, and providing directions and general information about the facility. </li><li>Inform guests of valet rates and services provided and issue claim checks.  </li><li>inspect arriving vehicles in a professional, courteous, and confident manner. </li><li>Arrive at work every scheduled day on time and in a neat and clean uniform.</li><li>Monitor the valet entrance for any suspicious activity.</li><li>Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to Supervisors.</li><li>Communicate with drivers, co-workers, and supervisors.</li><li>Clean and maintain the surrounding work area.</li><li>Help relocate vehicles as needed to ensure that traffic lanes remain clear.</li><li>Complete other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h4>Qualifications</h4>What you need   <ul><li>A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.  </li><li>The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.</li><li>Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).</li><li>Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).</li><li>The ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.</li><li>The ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos.</li><li>The ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events while working.</li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk and listen. Employees are regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, including cold and extreme heat.</li><li>Employees work in and around potentially dangerous traffic situations and are always to be safety conscious. Employees are regularly exposed to high levels of noise and/or fumes from vehicles.
