Job Summary: The Lead for Product Sales and Service is part of the Product Sales & Services (PSS) Department, delivering an Experience of a Lifetime by providing exceptional guest service and possessing knowledge and leadership skills to work collaboratively with the team as well as leadership in the sale of tickets, passes, ski and snowboard lessons, activities, childcare, and more. Serve as the on-floor operational leader and trusted expert across all PSS lines of business-including tickets, passes, Ski & Ride School, activities, and greeter functions-ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience.
