The Service Greeter is responsible forgreeting customers at the service drive, transporting customers and their vehicles, and maintaining the presentable state of the service drive. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is related or a logical assignment to the position.

<h5>Service Greeter </h5>Service Greeter must be available to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The Service Greeter is expected to work at least 40 hours per week and is non-exempt from overtime. The Service Greeter is responsible forgreeting customers at the service drive, transporting customers and their vehicles, and maintaining the presentable state of the service drive. Customer Service <ul><li>Greet customers as they enter the service drive </li><li>Transport customer and customer vehicles to and from the dealership </li><li>Prepare fluid samples for customers </li></ul>Operation of motor vehicles <ul><li>Take possession of customer vehicle to park until vehicle is serviced </li><li>Drives vehicle to customer after service is completed </li><li>Reposition vehicles on lot for best access </li></ul>Maintains presentable state of service drive <ul><li>Gather and empty trash </li><li>Clean service drive by sweeping and/or mopping </li><li>Other general maintenance of service drive </li></ul>Qualifications and requirements: Experience <ul><li>None necessary </li></ul>Education / Certifications <ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required </li></ul>Certifications / Licensures <ul><li>Valid Driver's License with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record as outlined by company policy </li></ul>Skills <ul><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Ability to work well with personnel and vendors </li><li>Ability to resolve problems </li><li>Active listening and speaking skills </li><li>Ability to prioritize and organize—time management skills </li><li>Operates all types of automobile including manual transmission (stick shift) </li><li>Flexible to change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment </li><li>Professional appearance </li></ul>Work Environment & Physical Requirements <ul><li>Very frequent driving of motor vehicle </li><li>Occasional bending, squatting, and reaching </li><li>Occasional use of hand dexterity </li><li>Constant use of vision and hearing </li><li>Frequent loud noise </li><li>Very frequent fumes and odors </li><li>Occasional outdoor work environment (including wet conditions and variation in temperature) </li></ul>The duties listed above are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed.
