What You'll Do•Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas.•Plant, water, fertilize, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation.•Remove weeds, leaves, branches, litter, and debris from company grounds.•Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and utility vehicles.•Inspect irrigation systems and perform basic repairs or report maintenance needs.•Maintain parking lots, sidewalks, fences, outdoor common areas, and outdoor trash receptacles.•Assist with snow and ice removal, seasonal projects, and general property maintenance as needed.•Report hazardous conditions, damaged equipment, or safety concerns promptly.•Follow all OSHA, environmental, and company safety procedures. Physical and Work Requirements•Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.•Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods.•Work primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind.•Work around dust, pollen, noise, chemicals, and landscaping equipment.•Occasional weekend, holiday, overtime, or emergency call-in work may be required for weather events or seasonal needs.
