Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, utilities, and regional agencies in the Carolinas; bring awareness of market needs, funding drivers, and delivery expectations. Lead planning, design, and delivery of water supply and/or wastewater projects, such as pump stations, treatment facilities and linear conveyance/collection.
