Reportingto the Operations Leader and Site Leader, as the Shift Leader,you will provide hands-on leadership on a production shift within the plant to ensure that production schedules are met safely and on time, while continually reducing costs and increasing overall efficiencies; all within a fast-paced (Just in Time) food manufacturing environment. Coordinates the various department schedules, products, and manpower to ensure that the production in the plant runs smoothly, prioritizing activities of supporting teams when required (maintenance, sanitation, shipping, quality , and engineering).
