Own the clinical architecture of the MSK program end to end: which conditions we take on and in what order, how members enter and are triaged, what a first visit looks like, how we escalate to imaging or surgical consultation and when we hold, how we manage pain without defaulting to opioids, and how we handle peri-operative optimization and post-operative recovery.
