Job Summary
We are seeking to hire several professional Armed/Unarmed Security Guard to join our team.

Operating acute care hospitals, behavioral health facilities, outpatient facilities and ambulatory care access points, an insurance offering, a physician network and various related services located all over the U.S. States, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom. In addition, GW Hospital receiving "High Performing" designations for the following 10 procedures: COPD, Diabetes, Heart Attack, Heart Failure, Kidney Failure, Leukemia, Lymphoma and Myeloma, Lung Cancer Surgery, Pneumonia, Prostrate Cander Surgery and Stroke.
Due to the nature of the work and the need for occasional extended coverage, this position requires flexibility in working overtime or outside of the regularly scheduled shift, as authorized by the Security Manager or ACSSO. Mission-oriented work at a non-profit that supports and protects our Nation's warfighters; as a non-profit, IDA employees are eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSFL).

p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-6) in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Planning and implementing security/protective programs, prepare security related reports and writing/updating department policies and procedures; Supervise security personnel, prepare staff schedules, assign work to staff and resolving staff complaints; Serve as a principle advisor on security related matters, patrolling grounds/buildings, and enforcing security rules and regulations.
