These duties include, but are not limited to, interviewing, training and scheduling Guest Services team members, taking and processing reservations, acting as first point of contact for team members and guests, providing customer service, housekeeping, light duty maintenance, and patrolling the resort as needed. Keeps open line of communication with Resort Manager/Assistant Manager regarding reservations, cancellations, guest arrivals/departures, and any guest concerns.
