p>What you get to do: • Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner • Assist guests with ticketing, season passes, and various park products • Assist season pass members with rewards, benefits, and park perks • Provide information on park products, specials, and events • Book reservations, parade viewing, and park experiences for guests • Troubleshoot issues with guest pass member account(s), reservations, and purchases • Address guest questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner • Communicate with other departments to address guest feedback or concerns • Demonstrate excellent verbal/written communication skills • Understand and demonstrate excellent guest service techniques • Maintain daily paperwork and inform leadership of guest trends/IT Issues • Enroll guests in RAP and Special Access • Inform Guests on RAP and Special Access guidelines.
What else is important:
• Be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally • Be able to sit for long periods of time • Perform tasks that require occasional bending from waist to floor, kneeling and squatting, and reaching overhead • Position will perform frequent simple hand grasping and fine manipulation (use of keyboard/writing) work • Be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat • Considerable walking and transitioning between indoor and outdoor environments is required.
