You will work closely with the EVP, Chief Store Operations Officer, Store Operations leadership team, the Enterprise Transformation Office, and cross-functional partners to create visibility across priorities and help ensure the organization is focused on the work that will have the greatest impact on Operators and the business. Support projects and initiatives that impact Independent Operators and store execution, which may include Operator initiatives, new programs and processes, technology implementations, training and communication efforts, store openings and remodels, and other operational priorities.
