Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Managing one or more of the following environmental compliance programs: Asbestos Abatement Program, Lead Based Paint Abatement Program, Air Permit and Emissions Management, Environmental Noise Management, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Clean Air Act, Toxic Substances Control Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act, Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act; AND 2) Developing environmental plans and corrective actions to ensure compliance.
