Job Qualifications 5+ years of experience with Schneider Electric in an engineering role Experience and product knowledge with Masterclad, SureSeT, PremSeT, GHA, CBGS-0, DVCAS, HVL, HVL/cc 4 year bachelor degree with emphasis on mechanical or electro-mechanical Minimal travel, up to 10% Good work ethic and able to perform with minimal supervision at times (remain productive) Highly Collaborative Demonstrate ability to lead projects by: Work well with peers outside of immediate team and foster cooperation Drive results Identify obstacles, define options and navigate to acceptable results Proficiency in CREO 3D Modeling as well as SEEXP is required Familiarity of manufacturing BOM's Familiarity with design documentation processes including but not limited to DFMEA, AFMEA, FTA, Design Reviews, PPAP, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools Knowledge of any of Schneider's plethora of other processes is a plus.
