This is not a passive management role. We are seeking someone who knows how to build momentum, increase close ratios, improve quoting activity, coach producers in real time, and create a culture of execution. We invest heavily in leads, technology, training, and coaching and we expect leadership that can turn opportunity into measurable production. <ul><li>This is a leadership role for an experienced coach and operator not a first-time manager position.</li></ul> <ul><li>Our team includes seasoned producers, so the right candidate must be able to establish credibility quickly and coach experienced sales professionals at a high level</li></ul> <ul><li>Ability to lead through influence, accountability, and performance coaching rather than micromanagement</li></ul> Salary Range: $55000.00 - $85000.00 per year BenefitsAnnual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus OpportunitiesPaid HolidaysBase Salary with Commissions & Bonus opportunitiesPaid Time Off (PTO)Mon-Fri Work ScheduleCareer Growth OpportunitiesMon-Fri ScheduleWork from HomeEvenings OffRetirement PlanHands on TrainingHealth Insurance Responsibilities <ul><li>Coach and develop a high-volume sales team</li><li>Listen to recorded and live sales calls</li><li>Conduct daily call coaching and role play sessions</li><li>Hold team members accountable to activity and production standards</li><li>Identify weaknesses in sales process and create improvement strategies</li><li>Drive quoting activity, close ratios, and overall production</li><li>Monitor KPIs and performance metrics</li><li>Help create and implement sales contests, motivation strategies, and training initiatives</li><li>Work closely with leadership to improve team results and culture</li><li>Assist in onboarding and developing newer producers</li><li>Create a culture of ownership, urgency, and professionalism</li></ul> Requirements What Were Looking For<ul><li>Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Coach, or Team Lead in the P&C insurance industry</li><li>Strong preference for Allstate experience</li><li>Proven track record of driving measurable sales results</li><li>Experience coaching inside sales teams and remote employees</li><li>Strong understanding of outbound sales environments and KPI management</li><li>Ability to motivate while also holding firm accountability standards</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills</li><li>Comfortable giving direct feedback and having difficult conversations when needed</li><li>High energy, organized, competitive, and results-driven</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Allstate systems experience</li><li>Experience coaching licensed sales producers</li><li>Experience in a high-call-volume sales environment</li><li>Experience with role play training and objection handling</li><li>Experience managing remote teams via Zoom or virtual office environments</li></ul>
