As a Certified Exercise Coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver One-on-One and Small Group exercise instruction to clients of all ages• The day-to-day work will never get boring with plenty of activity and variety!• In addition to training our clients, all employees will share responsibility for communicating with clients and scheduling• Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions• Track fitness results for clients and lead client education• Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions• Measure success by tracking studio metrics• Perform Fitness Evaluations• Educate/Coach clients• Provide Ongoing Health and Fitness Education• Lead Follow Up• Conduct initial Consultations• Support the maintenance of a clean and well-organized studio• *All employees will receive full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies.
