Bachelor’s degree in business management, data analytics, healthcare economics or related field of study preferred, or 1–2 years of related work experience; Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of Excel and SQL, including experience with data visualization programs (e.g., Tableau or PowerBI); Ability to work independently and as a team; Health care industry knowledge and familiarity with medical billing and/or healthcare informatics (preferred); Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage ambiguous tasks while meeting deadlines; Ability to serve as the informatics contact for a limited and defined scope of Patient First end-users; Excellent research and analytical skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
