This program is designed to develop early-career mechanics into fully qualified technicians through up to 26 weeks of comprehensive hands-on training across key focus areas, including safety, tires, wheel end, air brake systems, PM inspections, suspension, basic electrical, and basic hydraulics. Additionally, receive a $150/month tool allowance paid directly to the tool vendor throughout training and into permanent placement (tools purchased via allowance belong to you immediately).
