The Community Liaison will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, community partners, and referral sources to promote our Home Health services. We're hiring motivated individuals who live in Central Cuyhoga County, preferably in West Park, Parma, or Independence, and are willing to travel throughout Cuyahoga and Summit Counties.
