Structured Learning: Nurse residents will engage in a structured curriculum as part of program (8 hours of learning every 2 months for 12 months) that covers essential skills like time management, interprofessional teaming, communication, wellbeing, social determinants of health, critical thinking, and more! Common patient populations include, but are not limited to, post-op transplant, acute and chronic respiratory failure, sepsis, end-stage organ failure, cardiac complications (titratable cardiac drips, ventricular assist device), cardiovascular and thoracic surgery.
