Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D / Antepartum) Location: Hackensack Meridian Health / Jersey Shore University Medical Center – 1945 State Route 33, Neptune, NJ 07754 Schedule: 3x12 Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (36 Hours/Week) | Every Other Weekend | 3 out of 6 Holidays Required | No On-Call | No Floating Required Uniform: Navy Blue (Scrubs provided on-site) Position Overview The Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) manages and coordinates nursing care for maternal, antepartum, and intrapartum patients within an evidence-based, patient-centric professional practice model. Utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation), the RN establishes individualized care plans based on patient needs, medical diagnoses, and clinical priorities while supporting physician interventions and patient advocacy.
