Bachelor's Degree (Required) • Bachelor of Science in Nursing required • Minimum of 3-5 years of recent acute care nursing experience required; emergency, critical care, hospital medicine, quality, care coordination, or performance improvement experience preferred. Track and analyze performance related to SEP-1 compliance, lactate timing and repeat lactate completion, blood cultures, time-to-antibiotics, fluid administration, reassessments, mortality, readmissions, ICU transfer, post-operative sepsis, and length of stay.
