We have recovery groups, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), specialized mental health outpatient programs, primary care, diabetes education, crisis services, resource navigators, insurance enrollment specialists, tele-video systems to access our locations across the region and more. Nursing duties include preparing for patient admissions and visits, obtaining and documenting vital signs, assisting medical providers with procedures, administering medication and immunizations, providing health education, chronic care management and preventative care.
