The Assembly Team Lead will work directly with the team on the production floor while providing daily direction, training employees, monitoring production priorities, and helping ensure customer orders are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Candidates with backgrounds in equipment assembly, machine building, hydraulic assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, industrial equipment, or custom manufacturing would be a strong fit.
