Organize and implement a structured orientation program for Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses that will ensure that employees are fully acclimated to facility policies, procedures, systems, and nursing department. Experience in clinical instruction and Certified Nursing Assistant training in a long-term care facility or other related health care facility and completion of the train-the-trainer program approved by the State of Alabama preferred.
