The RA is responsible for providing strong customer service, utilizing courtesy, dignity, and respect in all of the following responsibilities: Responsibilities: Provide personal care services including: bathing/shampooing, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing, grooming, shaving, toileting, positioning/body alignment, mobility/transferring, and other care as designated. Provides homemaking tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning apartments; washing, folding, and putting away laundry, of bed linens, towels and personal clothing and bed making according to the service plan as needed.
