Through strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, collaboration, and continuous quality improvement, you will help JAMHI promote client safety, maintain regulatory compliance, reduce medication-related risks, and support positive health outcomes for the individuals we serve. You will work closely with prescribers, residential staff, pharmacies, behavioral health providers, and care teams to support medication adherence, medication reconciliation, pharmacy coordination, and clinical follow-up for residential clients.
