Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adult and geriatric residents, and work collaboratively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, and assisting/transferring residents, and be available to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
