div>BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Assists in the monthly closing of financial systems and applies generally accepted accounting principles to prepare accurate and timely financial reports and to analyze financial information.
Supports the financial needs of Children’s Urgent Care operations which include reconciling charges from Meditech into Workday, reviewing invoices, amortizing prepaids, analyzing the Accounts Receivable aging and calculating an appropriate allowance reserve.li>Demonstrates and maintains competence in therapeutic communication, supportive counseling, small group dynamics, scheduled activities, and the therapeutic milieu to manage the unit, to provide support and limits for the patients, and to carry out the Treatment Plan for each patient. Staff include Activities Coordinators, Behavioral Health Counselors, Advance Practice Providers, Outreach Specialist, Psychiatric Technicians, Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses.

li>Experience in strategies to promote and maintain healthy, safe, and productive workplaces, including: partners to identify/mitigate workplace hazards, health screenings/education, fitness for duty, and return to work exams. Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services.
