Essential Job Functions:

• Plan, prioritize, and provide proficient, age-specific and developmentally/specialty appropriate nursing care by applying advanced specialty clinical nursing knowledge and skills and for ensuring the comfort and safety of patients/families. Essential Job Functions:

• Plan, prioritize, and provide proficient, age-specific and developmentally/specialty appropriate nursing care by applying advanced specialty clinical nursing knowledge and skills and for ensuring the comfort and safety of patients/families.
• Current BLS, ACLS/ALS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross, required; ENPC certification from ENA may be substituted for PALS certification; TNCC preferred.

Must have national accredited wound certification (CWS, CWCN, WCC, CWON, WOC, AWCC)or be committed to complete Advanced Wound Training and national accredited Wound Certification within 1 year of hire (For those hired with wound certification, completion of a fast-track hybrid program for regulatory wound care requirements will be provided) . Demonstrates Skill And Knowledge Of Procedures And Protocols Associated With The Care Of Patients With Arterial Lines, Central Venous Lines, Swan-Qanz Catheters And Cardiac Output.
